I have a 2000 TJ Jeep Wrangler and have owned it the entire 25 years. In that time, it's had a lot of work done, which means I've been to many body shops and mechanics. Going forward however, Ian and Lakeville Off-Road is now the only shop I'll go to. I cannot say enough good things about Ian. The "problem" with having such an old Jeep, is finding guys and shops that will go that extra mile to fix it and not just brush it off like "oh, yeah, that shaking is normal; it's 25 years old." After getting beyond frustrated with "it'll never drive like a Prius, so just deal with it" comments from other shops, I needed to find someone who would truly give me the time of day (especially as a female Jeep owner), and Ian is that guy. Truly, he's just so good. He's incredibly detail orientated, a very attentive listener, knows everything under the sun about cars, but especially Jeeps, has great ideas, stellar customer service, very fun and easy to talk to, and just a really, really nice guy. His prices are incredibly reasonable, too. I'm happy to pay for great service that I can trust, support a small business, and get excellent customer service. Ian, you're so great.
